  • Holon Evolution is designed for individuals seeking more, especially those within spheres of influence, to create a continuing ripple effect of benefits for the greater good.     Our attendees come from many different walks of life, but all of them want real change and are willing to go deep with the total of all of our tools, technology, methodologies and facilitators.

  • We limit these exclusive intensives to three guests at a time to ensure maximum customized attention. The immersion experience is offered a maximum of ten times per year.

  • While we honor everyone, the immersive retreat experience is not designed for those with a light interest in transformation. The immersive experience requires a full engagement of oneself into the rigorous twelve hour days of the program, as well as a commitment to the preparation before, and the integration period that comes afterwards.

    During the application process, Dr. Albright and Dr. Pierson determine whether applicants are true right-fit candidates for the program.

    Attendees must also be able to commit to a brief period of sobriety before and after the intensive, so individuals who have significant dependence on substances are likely not a good fit. There are a few exclusions based on medical conditions, but those are rare.

  • We recommend you stop consuming coffee and/or caffeine 72-hours prior to the immersive experience. Coffee interferes with training, because it makes it much harder to drop into the deeper states of consciousness we are training you to enter to create real and lasting transformation.

    It’s very important to also stop using cannabis, psychedelics or other recreational drugs, and greatly reduce or completely eliminate alcohol. All of these will weaken or prevent your brain from learning. Ideally, you would abstain from these products for two or more weeks before and after the intensive.

    Get plenty of sleep. Choose high nutrition at every eating opportunity and drink plenty of water. Once your application is accepted, Dr. Albright and Dr. Pierson start you on a supplement protocol that is tailored to you.

  • The mindset you come with impacts everything. Bring a fierce commitment to bettering yourself and your life. Take full ownership of your experience and your results. We do use the very best technology and methodology, but it’s up to you to get all that you can from it.

    We provide a thought-provoking writing exercise where you will anchor your goals. It would be helpful to further reflect and perhaps journal for 15 minutes a day on why you are coming as the date for your immersion experience draws near, noticing patterns (including subconscious ones) that hold you back. This can make a huge difference in results.

  • The Holon Evolution retreat is exhilarating and rigorous. We train for many hours every day. There are likely to be moments/hours/days of the training that you are elated, clear, happy, or blissful. There are also likely to be moments where you are feeling exhausted or perhaps a bit moody. This is normal as we are moving through old patterns to grow beyond them.

    Stay in open communication with your experts, as they will help you to navigate the different states you experience. You will have breaks for moving meditation and processing via the hiking trails accessible through the back gate of the property.

    It is advised, in most cases, to have minimal to no outside contact with anyone, though sometimes people prefer to be in contact with their small children or other (drama-free) loved ones. Take a break from relationships that are stressful. If possible, completely sign off at work. Generally, unplug as much as possible.

  • When you leave the Holon Evolution retreat, you may be quite physically and emotionally fatigued. Be gentle with yourself during the first week or so. Plan to take at least a day or two to do nothing immediately following the training, if possible.

    You may be sensitive to noise and stimulation, interpersonal conflict or dramatic people/situations. Having time off, getting extra sleep, working from home, or not working at all, are great ideas for the first few days, or even a week after your intensive. Stay away from stress-inducing people and situations.

    Eat high quality foods. Completely avoid coffee for one week and strenuous activity for 1-2 weeks. Do not use any alcohol, psychedelics, or cannabis/recreational drugs for a minimum of 2-4 weeks afterwards. All of these substances can reverse the gains made.

  • The three full days of immersive training are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. It’s mandatory that guests arrive between 4-5pm on Thursday for check-in and evaluation, as well as to get acquainted with the other participants. We ask that you not arrive exhausted from a long road trip or long (international) flights, as we will be doing extensive EEG brain mapping.

    Check-out is at roughly 10 am on Monday, after breakfast and final integration. We ask that all attendees stay until the program is completed, both to benefit themselves, and to respect the process of the other participants.

  • The flow of each event is tailored to the unique needs of the three individuals in our care. The day often begins with breathwork and/or cryotherapy experience, followed by breakfast.

    Throughout each day, we complete several multi-hour neurofeedback training sessions, along with several hours of coaching and integration practices. There are also recovery activities and light exercise, such as walking and Qi Gong.

    Participants are typically engaged for 12 hours a day in our program and are asked to not interact with their phones or laptops during that time.

  • Guests remain onsite for the retreat intensives, with delicious local organic cuisine prepared in house by a chef. Each person will have their own private bedroom for sleeping in the large two-story house located on the edge of nature where trails can be enjoyed right outside the back gate. The retreat location is subject to change in the future.

  • Bring comfortable clothing, walking shoes, and perhaps a hat and sunscreen for our outdoor activities and walks. Any uncomfortable clothing or clothing that restricts movement can interfere with your capacity to participate fully in the program. Be sure to bring all toiletries and whatever you need to be comfortable for a four-night stay.

  • Your hair will be sticky in several places during this intensive, and perhaps not styled as usual. We apply electrode wires to various points on the scalp several times a day. The whole process is painless, and at the end of each session we do our best to remove the paste with more rubbing alcohol, but the paste doesn’t fully come out until your hair is washed. Everything is easily cleaned, yet we simply like to be sure that people know to expect it!

  • Holon Evolution retreat participants find that they accomplish their goals regarding attention, clarity, focus, or whatever they have set out to transform. They are calm in social settings or high stress circumstances, and have an increased ability to shift into the next phase of career and leave behind difficulty and pain from the past.

    Many report improvements in sleep, better ability to emotionally regulate, more vision for their lives and their businesses, better emotional connection with self and others, and even a profound experience of unity consciousness/connection with All.

    People tend to report a wide variety of results that surprised them as well, benefits ranging far outside of what they originally set out to achieve with this work.
